How to Use Mixsoon Soondy Centella Essence: Hydrate, Pat & Layer
A calm-feeling routine does not need a shelf full of products. Mixsoon Soondy Centella Asiatica Essence is a lightweight, leave-on hydration step with a watery feel.
Where does Centella Essence go in a routine?
Apply after cleansing and toner, before serum or moisturizer. If you skip toner, use the essence after cleansing. Pat in a few drops, let them settle, then finish with moisturizer. Use sunscreen as the last step in the morning.
A simple three-step routine
- Cleanse and gently pat skin dry.
- Pour a few drops into clean palms and press over the face, avoiding the eyes.
- Leave on, allow to absorb, and follow with moisturizer.
What if it feels tacky?
Start with a thin layer. The finish can vary with the amount used, humidity and the products underneath. Give it time to settle before adding more. A watery texture does not mean you need many layers, and tackiness is not a sign that more product is required.
Centella Essence or Bean Essence?
Soondy Centella Essence focuses on light hydration and soothing care. Bean Essence has a more cushiony texture and a different fermented formula. You can choose the texture that suits your routine; you do not need both to build a complete skincare routine.
Can sensitive skin use it?
The published ingredient list contains Water/Aqua, Butylene Glycol and Centella Asiatica Extract, without added perfume. Individual skin tolerance still matters. Patch-test, add one new product at a time and stop if irritation develops.
The optional cotton-pad step
For a short targeted application, saturate clean cotton pads with essence and place them on intact skin for about 10 minutes. Keep away from the eyes, remove before the pads dry out and continue with moisturizer. Daily pat-in application is the simpler option.
Finish with the right moisturizer
An essence supplies a light hydration layer. Follow with a moisturizer that matches your preferred finish. Explore Mixsoon Bean Cream for a richer final step, or browse our Mixsoon collection.
