The chin support and headband hold the device in its instructed position during use. Choose the mode and level with the controls; follow the included manual for placement and skin preparation.

Yes. Choose from eight levels and begin at level 1. The six selectable patterns are Auto, Knead, Massage, Acupuncture, Hammer and Press. Their names describe modes, not six different clinical treatments.
